Phoebe (フィービィー) is golfer that was first introduced in Hot Shots Golf Fore!. She is one of the four default characters in the game, with the other three being Mike, Mel, and Tiffany. Her counterpart in the Japanese and European versions of Fore!, is known as Aya.

Phoebe happily waves to her left and right side before pointing ahead of her with a jubilant look on her face.

Phoebe picks up her golf ball before tossing from behind her back and catching it in her other hand. She then leans forward and poses with a wink.
